Return Policy

At ghiphareshran, we take pride in the quality of our organizational products and solutions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Period

You may return or exchange products within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition. For custom-designed organizational systems, special conditions apply (see Section 4).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at askuse@ghiphareshran.world or call +61 88 432 1400 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt and the RAN.
  4. Ship the item to:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received them
  • In their original packaging
  • Complete with all parts, accessories, and documentation
  • Free from damage caused after delivery

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not be eligible for return or may receive a partial refund.

4. Custom and Bespoke Items

For custom-designed organizational systems and bespoke solutions:

  • Design fees are non-refundable once the design process has begun.
  • Products manufactured to your specifications cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • If your custom system does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 7 days of installation to arrange an assessment.

5. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide a detailed description and, if possible, photographs of the defect.
  • We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
  • Return shipping for defective products will be covered by ghiphareshran.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product:

  • Follow the return process outlined in Section 2.
  • Specify the product you would like as a replacement in your communication with Customer Care.
  • If the replacement item is of greater value, you will need to pay the difference.
  • If the replacement item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.

8. Warranty

All ghiphareshran products come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

  • Structural integrity issues not caused by misuse
  • Material defects that affect functionality
  • Finish deterioration under normal use conditions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear, or environmental conditions.

9. Installation Issues

If you experience issues with the installation of our organizational systems:

  • Contact us within 14 days of installation.
  • Our technicians will assess the installation remotely or on-site as needed.
  • If the issue is due to improper installation on our part, we will rectify it at no additional cost.
